At Mode Kleding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your initial email, specify the item you’d like to exchange for
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Note: International customers may be responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes for exchanged items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund
